Care
We use an array of fabrics, textures and colors. Each bag needs to be cleaned carefully. DO NOT MACHINE WASH. You may blot dry with cold water and a small amount of mild soap. Do not rub or scrub the fabric. This can cause discoloration in that area or cause one color to bleed into the next. It can also change the natural direction of the fabric.

Do to the handcrafted nature of these bags no two are exactly identical. When purchasing a product there may be a slight variation from the one you see photographed.

Delivery
Please allow up to two weeks for 'In Store' bags and up to three weeks for custom bags. If you have any questions or want to create a specific style please call me at 508-446-4406 or email me and we can work together. Also, contact me if you have rush orders and I will do my best to send them sooner.

Once you purchase online, your order will be shipped right away. All custom bags must be paid in full before I begin your project.

We take time and pride in the careful creation of each bag. We create to please the eye, the touch and to withstand everyday life. Unless there is a defect due to our construction, no 'In Store' or 'Custom' bags are returnable. A defective bag may be returned within 30 days of purchase for repair. If it is non repairable the customer may swap for another bag. Overused, worn or soiled bags are not returnable.

Payment
Payment can be made by check or credit card online. Your information is confidential and will not be released to others. Your personal security is our priority and no credit card information will be kept on file. All shipping charges are covered by customer and will be included in the total bill.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are redeemable at bag parties and at the Mikala Cash Studio. Your gift certificate is valid for up to one year of its purchase. If we are sending directly to the gift receiver please include the "To" and "From" along with any message you would like us to write.
